I am HRH Shedrick R. Perro and I am the Executive Producer of the “We About To Sing” Workshop Recording. \u00a0Well, I started out as a church musician before launching into business. I have been away from music and production for quite a few years, so when I decided to do this recording I realized I needed a workstation to produce with. \u00a0So, I went to Guitar Center and I saw the new Yamaha Montage. I sat and played it and as I went through the banks, I said this is a great board but I will have to reprogram the sound banks to get my signature sound out of it. I told the clerk I would think about it and come back another day. I decided to go back to buy it, but on my way I made a stop at a smaller music store to see if they had a better deal. \u00a0When I got there, I saw another board and asked the guy what is this? He said, “That is the new Korg Nautilus. It replaced the Kronos”. I asked, was it a workstation or a piano, he said, “Its a workstation, like the Triton.” \u00a0It is like a light came on in my head. \u00a0Since I started producing, I have only used Korg. \u00a0My first board was a Korg M1. \u00a0Then I got the N364, then the Triton and the the Triton Extreme. \u00a0So I sat down to demo the board and as soon as I touched the keys, I remembered\u2026 my signature sound was designed around Korg. \u00a0So I decided I wanted it, but the store wanted to charge me full price for a floor demo. I left and ordered it from American Music Supply. \u00a0It was delivered on Sunday Feb 4, 2024. \u00a0So I am excited to start work on the Production for the recording. \u00a0I am not only Executive Producer, I am also an accomplished musician, producer and Mastering Engineer\u2026 which is unique for a Industry Executive\u2026 I usually tell people I am a real producer not a beat maker.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
